The UPtoPARIS project, selected by the European Commission, is a doctoral programme open to researchers from all over the world, regardless of their nationality.
Researchers funded under the COFUND programme have to comply with the general mobility rule of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA). It encourages transnational, intersectoral and interdisciplinary mobility of talented foreign researchers.
